Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under nurse supervision
Collect vital signs and document outcomes related to resident care
Assist with daily living activities like bathing and grooming
Engage residents in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Minimum age of 18
High school diploma or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
12 hours of continuing education annually
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable)
