Key Responsibilities
Provide care for residents of Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit
Medication Administration, including IVs
Taking and recording vital signs
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome
Provide resident and family education
Communication with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals
Supervising CNAs
Required Qualifications
Current Tennessee License-LPN
