Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Assess patients to develop personalized therapy plans
Provide rehabilitative services to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
Requirements:
Active CO Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in physical therapy
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to commit to scheduled day shifts
