As a Production Supervisor on the Third Shift, you will oversee productivity and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards while managing a team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate employees and improve operations.
Key Responsibilities
Train and provide an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, product, and machines
Manage employee performance, providing feedback
Promote goodwill through proactive communication and involvement
Investigate areas of quality improvement and cost reduction
Promote safety in the workplace
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience
Effective communication both orally and in writing
Capable of independent decision making
Must have basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Poultry or food industry experience
Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees
