Job Description
Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work remotely, leveraging your expertise in tax preparation and customer service. You'll assist clients with their tax returns while enjoying a range of benefits and the flexibility of a virtual work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries
Interact with customers through video and audio tools
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
