Job Description

As a General Manager, you will lead your store and team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach and develop your team while managing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with Company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
  • Manage overall store performance and meet KPIs
  • Lead team to exceed sales goals and implement local marketing strategies
  • Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations
  • Maintain a professional store atmosphere
  • Utilize personal vehicle for company business
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Ability to work with Point of Sale and Microsoft Office systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Background check required
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
