Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Inside Sales Manager. Drive sales and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts while contributing to a supportive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Develop strategic growth plans and identify new business development opportunities
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage sales pipeline
  • Utilize Salesforce regularly to advance sales opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and in-person visits
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow the customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
