Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Develop strategic growth plans and identify new business development opportunities
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage sales pipeline
Utilize Salesforce regularly to advance sales opportunities
Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and in-person visits
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow the customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
