Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Teacher Aide and support diverse learners in a special education setting. You'll assist teachers, help implement IEPs, and create a positive learning environment while gaining invaluable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, or passing score on Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
