Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
Generate GP in personal production by selling segment orders
Develop and implement effective sales plans
Maintain client relationships and promote Randstad's leadership
Manage the sales process and maintain a database of qualified contacts
Increase market share and revenue
Network locally and participate in online communities
Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls
Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
Collaborate with clients on staffing strategies
Ensure compliance with client-specific rules and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of business experience
2+ years of business to business sales
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Analytical problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills

Organizational skills
Critical thinking
Data analysis
Financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
CPA, CMA, CFA Certification
Previous experience in Finance & Accounting
