The Senior Project Manager will oversee multi-craft industrial construction projects up to $200 million, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient execution. This role requires extensive industry experience and offers the opportunity to lead diverse teams while managing significant project scopes across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Champion Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plan
Review project progress and identify productivity issues
Approve major purchase orders and subcontracts
Manage cost forecasting and cash flow for the project
Lead budgeting and scheduling processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
11 years of construction field experience
Experience in heavy industrial construction
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs
Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and specifications
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
