COVID Vaccination Required.
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS Required.
WI License or Compact License Accepted.
2+ years of Travel experience required.
3+ years of RN experience required.
Required to float to areas of competency.
Required to float to sister facility, Waukesha Memorial Hospital, as needed.
EPIC Charting required within the past 12 months.
Any Solid Color Scrubs.
Unit Information: 11 bed unit.
