Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager where you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with mental illness in achieving their recovery goals. You will be responsible for managing office tasks, client services, and program operations while fostering an inclusive and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations and maintain office equipment
Support program by entering and tracking data in systems
Assist clients with entitlement applications and follow-ups
Coordinate with Fiscal department on program budget and billing
Maintain and update program records and reports
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
Familiarity with Supportive Housing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supportive housing
Knowledge of supportive housing systems and resources
