? Job Responsibilities:
- Support Physical Therapist in delivering rehabilitative care
- Assist with patient assessments and tailored treatment plans
- Document progress, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Focus on helping patients regain mobility and strength in a supportive SNF setting
✅ Requirements:
- Resume & License verification must be attached with submission – No exceptions
- New graduates welcome to apply
- SNF experience preferred , but not required
- COVID-19 test required within 72 hours prior to start; results must be submitted 48 hours before start date
- Active PTA license in state of assignment
