Key Responsibilities
Coordinates initiation and renewal of clinical/affiliation agreements
Collaborates with the GMR Learning executive team
Participates in regular meetings with Program staff
Develops and maintains relationships with clinical site managers
Schedules clinical rotations and confirms schedules
Supervises and observes students during clinical rotations
Tracks student patient contacts by skill/event category
Conducts performance reviews and provides ongoing assessments
Required Qualifications
Associate degree preferred
Must complete an approved instructor course within one year of hire
Certified Paramedic or Licensed Registered Nurse required
Minimum 3 years of progressive field/clinical experience as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse
Current certification/licensure in the Program state
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience preferred
NREMT preferred
AHA ACLS Instructor certification
PALS certification
PHTLS Instructor certification
