Job Description
Join The Laurels of Kettering as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), where you will lead and manage a skilled nursing community, ensuring profitability and the highest quality of care. This role offers significant responsibilities, including staff recruitment and budget management, within a compassionate and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement
Provide input into the annual operating budget
Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff
Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times
Required Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent
Current administrator's license in the state
At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree
