Job Description

Join The Laurels of Kettering as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), where you will lead and manage a skilled nursing community, ensuring profitability and the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement
  • Provide input into the annual operating budget
  • Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
  • Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff
  • Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Current administrator's license in the state
  • At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
