Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving quality of life for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans.

Educate and support patients and families regarding therapy goals and progress.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Adhere to ethical standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state SLP license

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, COVID vaccine, recent TB test

At least 1-year clinical experience in a school setting
