Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment Verify patient identity and review medical records Interview patients to obtain and update medical history Explain procedures to patients including risks and follow-up Acquire appropriate images and review them for quality Recognize and respond to medical emergencies Provide post care instructions to patients Participate in quality improvement activities within radiology Provide imaging education to residents and new employees Take call/standby as required Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) $2,500 Sign on Bonus with required relevant experience
