Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a crucial role in collecting past due payments and helping customers navigate their loan repayment options. You will educate and negotiate with customers, ensuring they maintain positive relationships while achieving production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence payments
Utilize company resources to assist customers with debt repayment plans
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
