Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Manage daily operations of the restaurant
Focus on staffing, team member development, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure brand standards are upheld
Maintain staffing levels and training for team members
Control costs and drive sales
Create a positive culture and team morale
Review performance metrics and develop action plans
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
