Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain clinic staff relationships through collaboration and education
Support patients with Medicare resources and education
Partner with Growth Manager on annual clinic growth plans
Support Medicare education across clinic staff with training and engagement
Engage in data review with Growth VP on a regular basis
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
1+ years of experience in the health care industry
1+ years of experience with medical terminology
Experience with EMR
Experience with computers and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office
Must have reliable transportation to visit clinics
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience
Marketing experience
Experience working with health care insurance
Experience in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid Services
