• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Administers medications and performs clinical treatments
• Documents patient care and communicates patient condition
• Assists patients with daily living activities
• Collaborates with care team for coordinated patient care
• Evaluates learning needs and provides education to patients/families
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
• Participates in staff meetings and adheres to policies
