Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Derry, New Hampshire (03038)
• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (29 beds)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/27/2025, End: 1/26/2026)
• Employment Type: Travel RN
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800
• Staffing Support: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) support; no unit secretary
• Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling: Every other weekend required
• Floating Policy: May float to other hospital units

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Strong skills in dysrhythmia recognition and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
• Professional appearance; no specific scrub color required

Nursing Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a 29-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry
• Administer medications and manage IV/PCA pumps
• Collaborate with LNAs and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Document patient care using Meditech Expanse electronic health records
• Participate in bedside care conferences and safety rounding
• Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
