As a Manufacturing Design Transfer Engineer at Cytiva, you will play a crucial role in coordinating resources for design transfer to the Global Supply Chain. You will lead change order implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues, ensuring successful project outcomes that impact human health.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate resources across teams for successful design transfer to the Global Supply Chain
Manage and execute change order implementation
Serve as a key stakeholder in Change Control Boards
Lead collaboration with engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations teams
Oversee and manage the execution of all implementation activities for change orders
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency within the Global Supply Chain
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field
Demonstrated proficiency in change control processes, lifecycle management, new product development, and project management
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in project management and product development
Experience with Bill of Material, Purchase specifications, material requirement planning (MRP), and phase-in / phase-out activities
Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams across engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bio-Science, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP
