Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles
Log, research and complete repairs using Penske's tools and technologies
Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics
Partner with manager for skills training and coaching
Complete assigned projects and tasks from supervisor
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude
Valid driver's license
Ability to solve problems and use tools
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair
1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience
