Key Responsibilities
Guide top OEMs through complex challenges in operations, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing transformation
Collaborate with BCG senior leadership to provide strategic guidance
Generate significant growth in strategic priority areas
Directly involved in project execution to increase client value
Build intellectual capital and the BCG brand
Hire, coach, and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
Senior leadership experience within an OEM
Proven expertise in manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, and operational transformation in automotive sector
Strong understanding of EV production and battery manufacturing
Experience launching and scaling new programs within an OEM
Ability to influence and advise C-suite executives
Strong industry presence and understanding of OEM leadership dynamics
Superior problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
