• Rate: Local: $2,360/40-hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• current RN license
• At least five (5) years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience. A minimum of three (3) years of infection prevention and control experience, including at least two (2) years in long-term care.
• National certification in infection prevention and control is mandatory, or it must be obtained within two (2) years.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the administrative team.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Implement best practices to enhance administrative operations.
