A facility in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a NeuroSpine / MedSurg / Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will care for higher acuity patients with neuro and post-surgical diagnoses, including stroke, seizures, post-op neuro/spinal surgeries, DKA, renal failure, and post-ICU care.Responsibilities:
Provide care for higher acuity Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
Perform neuro assessments and manage drains, chest tubes, and post-IR groin sites
Monitor post-surgical Neuro/Spine patients, including post-op trauma care
Administer medications, chart assessments, and provide bedside care
Float within the unit as required
Requirements:
Active IN RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro/Med-Surg/Telemetry
Expertise in neuro assessments, critical thinking, and post-surgical care

Patient Ratio: 5:1 or 6:1
