Key Responsibilities
Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
Monitor and prevent spoilage, communicating waste to relevant parties.
Maintain back stock in good order.
Assist with sampling programs and keep sample areas appealing.
Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
Assist with periodic inventory checks.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively.
Maximize sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising.
Ensure compliance with established health and sanitation procedures.
