Key Responsibilities

  • Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
  • Chart preparation and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Respond to patient inquiries in person or over the phone
  • Greet patients and provide a positive experience
  • Collect patient payments and manage cashier box
  • Make follow-up calls to patients
  • Assist patients with completing required paperwork
  • Manage medical records and correspondence

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience with medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical front desk experience
  • Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
  • Solves routine problems on your own
  • Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team
