Key Responsibilities
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
Chart preparation and end-of-day reconciliation
Respond to patient inquiries in person or over the phone
Greet patients and provide a positive experience
Collect patient payments and manage cashier box
Make follow-up calls to patients
Assist patients with completing required paperwork
Manage medical records and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in customer service
1+ years of experience with medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
Medical front desk experience
Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
Solves routine problems on your own
Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
Works with others as part of a team
