Internal Medicine Physicians specializing as Hospitalists/Nocturnists provide inpatient care to adult patients during hospital stays, coordinating with primary care physicians and specialty teams. They work rotating twelve-hour shifts and are responsible for managing patient treatment and procedures associated with hospital medicine. This role requires board certification or eligibility, an active medical license, and alignment with organizational core values including excellence, integrity, and compassion.

University Hospitals seeks a Hospitalist/Nocturnist to join one of our Medical Centers in the Greater Cleveland area. Hospitalists/Nocturnist are on-site physicians who specialize in caring for adult patients during their hospital stay. They manage the care of their patients in conjunction with a patient’s primary care physician and in consultation from specialty teams when appropriate.
