Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans
Deliver rehabilitative therapy to improve physical function
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery skills
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in diverse rehabilitation settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
