Key Responsibilities
Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations
Observe equipment operation and notify personnel of malfunctions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist others with skills and knowledge gained from the position
Observe all company policies and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Recognize and act on safety risks
Participate in process improvement and problem solving
Follow all company animal welfare guidelines
Perform other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
Ability to comprehend simple instructions
Ability to apply common sense
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)
