Job Description & Requirements

• Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
• Recent Epic experience within 12 months required
• Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
• Every other holiday rotation required
• Float Requirements: Will need to be able to float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
