Job Description
As a Senior Manager in Fidelity's Debit Card Fraud Team, you will lead efforts to protect customers from fraud while enhancing their experience. You will design and oversee fraud management programs, provide analytical insights, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design dashboards, reports and Key Performance Indicators to monitor fraud losses and customer experience
Use data to generate insights and interpret trends
Support strategic changes by designing fraud controls and ensure effective implementation
Develop policies and procedures to manage and mitigate fraud
Liaise with partner teams for effective fraud controls for Debit Card Portfolios
Influence strategic decisions of the Debit Card Product Team with fraud control insights
Collaborate with partner teams to respond to fraud events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, data or computer science or similar technical fields
5+ years of work experience in finance and fraud or related fields
Proven experience in fraud management for payment cards in financial services industry
Experience in fraud investigations, process mapping and control design in a complex environment
Familiarity with Python and SQL or similar programming languages and data analysis
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of key stakeholders
