Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive and drive new revenue while supporting our customers in Philadelphia, PA. This remote position focuses on building relationships, strategizing sales growth, and exceeding quotas in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral to build engaging presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Seek ways to improve through coaching
  • Positively impact culture and team dynamics
  • Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
