Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Advisor and help clients navigate their tax needs. With a remote work setup, you'll provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and enhance client satisfaction while working with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources for accurate answers
Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities
