Join Optum as a Solution Sales Executive and drive growth in our Employer business while working remotely. Leverage your sales expertise in healthcare and financial services to build impactful relationships and present innovative solutions that enhance client success.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with consultants and brokers
Market Health Benefit Accounts to employers
Build consultative relationships with Employer clients
Work with team members to enhance client value
Present value of Optum Financial solutions to clients
Influence external customers at the VP & C-Suite level
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales development experience
5+ years of sales and marketing experience in health insurance/financial services
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
5+ years of experience with CDH programs (HSA/HRA/FSA)
Ability to travel frequently - 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across UHG, Optum, and/or UHC lines of businesses
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Demonstrated success building relationships with C-suite and stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Location open to Georgia, Tennessee, or Florida
