As an Operations Technician at Lonza, you'll support manufacturing operations by following SOPs and GMP standards, contributing to a collaborative team environment with excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Train on and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Apply basic GMP principles in daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and complete cleaning logs
Restock consumables and manage inventory
Handle GMP documentation including room and equipment logs
Support hazardous waste tasks under the Large Quantity Generator program
Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Comfortable working in regulated environments with PPE
Capability to lift, move, and manipulate equipment and materials
