Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for all RN jobs
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an OR Circulator RN
• Strong scrubbing skills highly preferred for surgical nurse positions
• Experience in General, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Urology surgical procedures
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and urology cases
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold patient safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Prepare operating rooms, assist with patient positioning, and manage equipment setup
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment
