Job Description
As a Territory Sales Executive at Quill, you will drive new revenue growth and build strategic sales programs in the Philadelphia area. You will engage with potential customers, deliver impactful presentations, and create custom solutions that meet their needs, all while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers.
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance.
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team.
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers.
Utilize marketing collateral for engaging presentations.
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill.
Create custom pricing solutions for high growth commercial customers.
Leverage education contracts for new customer acquisition.
Ensure smooth transition to account management team upon customer commitment.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Seek constant improvement and apply coaching.
Positively impact culture and team dynamics.
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel.
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
