Job Description
Join Border Foods as an Assistant General Manager and help lead a team committed to excellence and a people-first culture. You will oversee restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive team performance while benefiting from flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant
Build a strong team to provide customers with great food and service

Deliver profit by utilizing and interpreting the P&L
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
