Job Description

Join Sysco’s World-Class Sales Team as a Sales Consultant, where you'll develop business relationships, drive sales growth, and enjoy a range of career development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts
  • Research customer business needs and develop product/service mixes
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable
  • Manage deliveries and troubleshoot order process issues
  • Participate in company functions and customer events
  • Attend sales and district meetings
  • Assist with training new employees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline
  • HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience
  • Completion of the Sysco Sales Internship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bi-Lingual (English, Spanish, Korean)
  • Restaurant Management experience
  • Foodservice Outside Sales experience
  • Chef experience
