Key Responsibilities
Develop, retain and grow relationships with Specialist ERISA Financial Advisors
Deliver non-product value to advisors, such as Continuing Education and Retirement strategies presentations
Segment advisors and create territory zones for efficient activity
Engage in continued learning of products and competitors
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of ERISA Advisory/Defined Contribution Investment Only experience
Proven sales ability and results
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent work experience
FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Life Insurance license
Preferred Qualifications
