The First Assist RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical team members to ensure safe, effective, and sterile surgical interventions. They are responsible for ensuring proper care, managing surgical instruments, providing hemostasis, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operation.
