Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Expert for the upcoming tax season, working remotely to help customers with their taxes using TurboTax. You'll provide expert advice and support, making a significant impact on clients' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Seek out and deliver accurate answers to customers using professional resources
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools
