Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and facilitate preventative maintenance and repair issue resolution
Conduct road tests to identify repair needs and ensure quality of work
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles
Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and maintain compliance records
Act as a mentor for Mobile Technician II level
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment
Valid NonCommercial Driver License CLASS E, Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A and/or State driver's license as required
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or Technical Certification in related field
Proven hands-on mechanic, customer service, and account management skills
