Key Responsibilities
Assist Banquet manager in leading team on wedding and banquet services
Ensure adherence to Idaho State Health Codes and maintain high standards of food and service quality
Develop training materials and enforce company policies
Attend weekly Banquet Event Orders and Group Sales meetings
Conduct regular safety meetings and develop job hazard analyses
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of general food and beverage experience
1 year of supervisory/management experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with inventory, inventory software, and POS systems
