Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Coordinate care and conduct resident assessments
Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
