Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with personal hygiene
Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Provide support for individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
