As an Emerging Store Manager at Walgreens, you will supervise store operations and lead a team to enhance customer service and improve store performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise customer service associates and store operations
Manage daily store activities and team member scheduling
Engage and resolve customer complaints to enhance customer experience
Analyze financial and performance data to create action plans
Lead recruitment, hiring, and performance management of team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete it within 12 weeks
Fluency in English
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position

Management experience for internal candidates
Retail or food industry experience for external candidates
